The Elite Asteroid series is designed for bowlers
that are developing a hook. Move up from Plastic to Reactive coverstock
technology. Compared to Plastic, Reactive coverstock technology increases
traction and hooking action in the oil, and Reactive coverstocks can be
sanded or shined to create large differences in hook potential. Reactive
coverstocks also respond more aggressively to dry lane surfaces than Urethane
coverstocks, increasing backend hooking action and hitting power.

I just got my very first ball, the Elite Pink Asteroid. Bowling is so much more enjoyable now that I have my own stuff. The fit is better than those house balls and the ball is a lot prettier too.
