Shipping policy

Customers need to provide a physical shipping address that both the Post Office and UPS/Fed Ex will deliver to. No PO Boxes allowed in the lower 48 states.

*Shipping insurance is offered at time of checkout. BowlersParadise.com is not responsible for lost or stolen packages unless insurance is purchased.

A tracking number will be sent to the email address you provided once the order has shipped. If you have an account you will be able to log in and check order status at any time.

Most orders are shipped next business day. Delivery time is calculated in business days.

• Ordered Friday, shipped Monday and arriving on Tuesday is considered one business day.
• Ordered Friday, shipped Monday and arriving on Wednesday is considered two business days.
• Ordered Friday, shipped Monday and arriving on Thursday is considered three business days.
• Ordered Friday, shipped Monday Monday and arriving on Friday is considered four business days.
• Ordered Friday, shipped Monday  and arriving on the following Monday is considered five business days.

Please allow an extra 1-2 days for bowling balls being engraved or drilled.

Weather delays may affect delivery times. This is out of our control.
